Update as of 6/22/20

Due to the rise in COVID-19 across Arizona, we will be now be requiring everyone coming into the office for any reason to be wearing a mask. This policy will be starting immediately. Please plan accordingly.


Update as of 5/20/20

Our office hours and processes have remained the same as stated below. We are recommending telemedicine visits when possible and at this time we are still not charging co-pays for this type of visits. As of July 1st, 2020, we will be charging co-pays for both telemedicine and in office appointments. We do ask that all patients being seen in office or coming in for labs wear a mask, for both your protection and the protection of our more vulnerable patients.

Lab hours have now returned to normal:

Morning Hours - 7:30am to Noon


Afternoon Hours - 1:00pm to 4:30pm

While we are not offering any testing for COVID-19 if you are currently symptomatic, we are able to order the COVID-19 antibody test. This will only give us an idea of if you previously had COVID-19. We are requiring appointments to discuss the ordering of this test and symptoms or exposure that lead you to be concerned you may have previously had COVID-19. If you are symptomatic currently, we recommend you contact the Banner Health testing hotline or visit a local urgent care. We are not able to request or order testing through them, you will need to be screened or evaluated by their providers. 


Update as of 4/8/2020

Unfortunately, we are needing to cut down on our in office hours for the next couple weeks. Until further notice our office hours are listed below:


Monday - Friday

Morning Hours - 7:30am to Noon


Afternoon Hours - 1:00pm to 4:30pm


Lab will continue to be here from 7:30am to 11:30am until further notice.



Update as of 4/7/2020: 

Here are our updated hours for the time being. 

Monday - Friday

7:30am - 12:00pm


1:00pm - 5:00pm

The lab will be open from 7:30am - 12:00pm until further notice.


UPDATE as of 4/1/2020:

We would like to let all of our patients know that we have been able to obtain proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and will now be starting to evaluate patients with COVID-19 symptoms. If you are experiencing cough, fever or shortness of breath please make an appointment with us ASAP. If you do have a temperature over 99.5F we will have you wait in your car and a provider will come out to evaluate you, in order to reduce risk of spreading it to our other patients in the clinic.

Unless you are having severe symptoms or are in immediate acute distress, we would like to keep our patients out of the ER in order to reduce your exposure and crowding of the ER. We are still unable to test for COVID-19 but unless you are having severe symptoms, most patients will not qualify for testing and symptoms can be managed outside of the hospital.


UPDATE as of 3/30/2020:

Our office will be returning to normal business hours of 7:30am to 5pm. We will still be screening all patients that come in for appointments and labs, as well as requesting that you limit visitors as noted below. 

We are excited to announce that we are now offering Virtual Telemedicine Visits!

We are using a site called that is a VERY easy and secure way to do these. You will not be required to sign up for anything or download anything. All we will need is your email address. If you would like to change your lab follow up or urgent care visit to a Virtual Telemedincine visit, please call the office. Depending on your symptoms/issue we may want to still see you in person, but we are still trying to limit in person visits when possible.


UPDATE as of 3/24/20:

As of 3/25/20 we will be limiting office hours from 7:30am-1pm. We will still be available via phone and the portal from 7:30am-5pm. We are STRONGLY ENCOURAGING everyone to sign up for the patient portal in order to best have access to your providers over these next several weeks. If you cannot access your portal please contact us to get the password reset. We also plan to start offering virtual visits and will have more information on that in the upcoming days. 



We will be rescheduling all non-urgent visits for at least the next 4-6 weeks. If you are needing refills please contact us. If you do not have an appointment we ask that you do not come to the office, call us first. Please stay home and practice social distancing. 

Patients at our office for urgent visits will be screened for fever above 99.5F before being allowed inside the clinic. Visitors will not be allowed in with patients unless they are necessary for patient care. All necessary visitors will be screened as well. 

Anyone with a fever will be sent to the closest emergency room or testing facility. 


Unfortunately, we are not able to test for the Coronavirus at this time. If you severe symptoms related to possible COVID-19 or have known COVID-19 exposure, we would advise you to call 844-5491851. This is a hotline associated with Banner Health hospital systems. A clinician will discuss your symptoms to see if you qualify for the test. If you qualify, they will direct you to a testing center in the Phoenix area. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE SEVERE SYMPTOMS OR KNOWN EXPOSURE TO SOMEONE THAT TESTED POSITIVE YOU WILL MOST LIKELY NOT QUALIFY FOR TESTING AT THIS TIME. PLEASE CONTACT OUR OFFICE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR EVALUATION. We would prefer to evaluate our patients, instead of having you go to the ER, in order to reduce exposure and over crowding at the ER.
